"Drive up manager was extremely dismissive. I was sent to two targets for 1 book after waiting for close to 3 hours I was told the 2 hour timeframe is not factual and to roll up my window to stay out of the sun.
Then when my item was ready I experienced the most racist service ever where I waited patiently for the person in front of me was extremely ignored as the rep left the station to go to the back before acknowledging me in any way and as a line formed behind me when the rep returned from the back she skipped over me and went to the person behind me. Coincidence that the person before me and person standing behind me were not POC? I don’t believe so! Then when I asked why it was happening I was dismissed rudely helped and the book I went there for was ripped up. So disappointed with the fall of service!"

"It was a awesome experience. I had tried a couple other sites and they just left me so frustrated, without the things i ordered. For one reason or the other. So i tried Target and it was awesome. Ease of use was great, ordering was easy and fast. They tell you exactly how long it could be to get your order, which is nice to know. An i had both orders within a hour or two. 10/10 for me. "

"I purchased many items .. not sure what I'm reviewing. I purchased an identical rug from an earlier purchase and the price was 50% lower.. very happy. Purchased several pool toys and again, very happy with the prices. It seems the price can even lower while sitting in the online cart, that was fantastic. Also purchased some homeschooling notebooks, workbooks and pencils.
Again, great prices and exactly what I was looking for. Lastly, was very disappointed when the shredder I was purchasing disappeared from my cart.. it was a great price but needed it and had to purchase from a competitor. Target is my go to!"

"I often do not dress up in the morning and so ordering the night before or early in the morining usuing the drive up to pick up the order is so convenient and easy. The staff that bring out the orders are nice and alway treat my order with care. I apprecicate that.
The drive up area is easy to use, and I think your system of pickup is the best."

not trust trust them with your credit card when charging you for items that are not in stock but ordered anyhow. Terrible"

"The stores appear understaffed as it can be hard to get assistance. They are also misrepresenting circle 360 as being free same day delivery when it is actually shipt delivering items - you may or may not get it the same day as they may or may not have someone available to shop/deliver your order and you should expect to tip the delivery person well as they are not reasonably compensated for deliveries. Now some items aren’t even available for regular delivery. Target pickup is unreliable as they may randomly cancel items even when they are in stock. The associates I’ve dealt with have always been wonderful but I suspect the issues are due to understaffing. "
