"I went to purchase 2 items. I went to check out and they way you pay seems shady as hell. I don't use zelle, cashapp or Google pay via email to purchase online. There is not way to make sure your payment is secure and nor do you receive a invoice. Basically you place and order click on some link that takes you somewhere out of the website, make your payment and HOPE you get your product. Hell to the NO will I ever use something like this."
"My order was cancelled and my payment (through Zelle/Chase Bank) was never refunded. Their "customer service" phone number is a cell phone and no one ever returns your call. Emails remain unanswered. FB messages remain unanswered. Such a scam! Thank goodness my order was only $45 or else they would be hearing from my lawyer. I filed a complaint with the BBB. My advice is to not give this fake company a dime!!!"

"I bought 2 different strengths of Tretinoin. The gel form I ordered (. 1 ) was perfect. It came in and was exactly as described and well within expiration date. However, the cream form that I ordered (.05) was manufactured in May 2012 and expired in April 2014!!! I'm not going to apply this to my skin.....who knows what would happen. I contacted customer service and the rep asked me to email a pic if the stamped dates, and in the mean time he would send out a replacement and I should receive it in about a week. I took a photo and sent it back. They need to throw out those old, bad batches immediately! Hopefully they take care of this issue without any further escalation. I would like to be able to change and update my review rating to a 5 star experience later if so, bc my other order was perfect. We shall see......"
