"I corresponded with the owner of Tank27 for the better part of a week trying to make sure I got the exact server case that I wanted and to be sure that the case listed on their web site was the one I would receive. Part of the problem and the reason for the 20+ emails was that I'd get short, two word answers to my detailed question.
Convinced finally after these endless, moronic emails that he could get the case I wanted, I placed an order. I received the case today and sure enough, it's not the case I ordered. Not even from the right manufacturer. I can only blame myself, though. All the signs were there (idiotic correspondence with someone who doesn't know his butt from a hole in the ground should have been by first clue).
Stay away from this fly-by-night one man operation. There's NO reason to order anything from this guy - you can get it elsewhere and be assured of what you're getting.
