"Do not order anything from them!! Ordered a clock for Christmas. They sent me a completely unusable clock! It’s bent and missing a hand - and it had been returned in March - they left the return slip in the box! Customer service is now trying to avoid giving me a full refund or exchange and wants me to keep the broken clock. Absolutely terrible company and terrible customer service. Do not order anything from them!!"
