All attempts to contact the company have been ignored. All calls go to voicemail but never answered. All email contacts are unanswered. I'm calling my credit card company to get the charges reversed. "Great Texas supplier for computer hardware, especially the hard to find stuff. I needed an old tape drive to get some data of some old backup tapes and we have a hard time locating the right drive and the tech at this store spent a lot of time on the phone with me to figure out what i needed and then what i got the drive i had some issues setting up and so i called the tech walked me through it. Awesome help can't say thanks enough as they went over and beyond so the least i can do in return is make sure others know that a small local company is some times the best place to go to for what you need, advise, and expertise"

The positive “Frankie Orona” review is BS since that’s the guy who manages the company.
I placed an order on November 23rd which they canceled, claiming it must have disappeared from stock.
I placed a new order on a different product on November 26th.
The company confirmed this order.
I never received shipping information and never received the product.
I inquired as to the status of my order on December 18th and never received a response."
