Worse than abysmal customer service, and low quality products

"Bottom line:
I would NOT buy this as a gift for friends, family, or other people I care about. I would give this store 0 stars if I could.

Pros:
* The vinyl somewhat protects the fragile screen of the G5 Mobile receiver

Cons:
* ZERO impact shock protection. If you drop your receiver in this case, it will do NOTHING to protect it from a jarring landing on a hard surface
* Thin material, both the Lycra and vinyl. If the Lycra used in this case were made into bicycle shorts, you could see the color of the underwear of the person wearing it through the Lycra
* Poor quality vinyl. I used a 70% isopropyl alcohol swab to clean the screen (as many diabetics would), and the FIRST TIME I did this it caused significant scratches over the entire surface of the screen protector
* If you are looking for an absorbent material to make sure water sticks to your $600 receiver, this is it

Other Thoughts:
* I'd say their customer service is abysmal, yet it was not even that good. Absolutely nonexistent is a much more accurate description. If you need a question answered about anything, forget it, the answer will not be coming. I called dozens of times to get help, at all times during business hours, and the phone was NEVER answered by a human, ever. I sent multiple emails to their multiple email address, and never got a reply. For this reason alone, if there was ANY alternative for a G5 Mobile case, I would have ditched Talleygear in a heartbeat and bought that one instead.
* Setting up an account with any of my absolutely valid email addresses was impossible, because their system rejected every single address I have. And, all the legitimate email addressed I tried and failed with were provided by CenturyLink, a national ISP. I needed to set up a trial account on another email service before I was able to get the registration to succeed.
* Never again am I doing business with Talleygear, if I can at all help it. >:(

Update 2018-Jan-12:
Over a month ago I submitted an objective, negative product review free of any vulgarity, and Talleygear refused to publish it. So, now I know their reviews are not trustworthy.
