The tracking link was showing, order ready for pick up. 3 days later it's in the same status. After emailing several times I got a response, saying there was an error and order will be shipped. So I thought, hey these guys are real and just made a mistake. Nothing doing. it;s now 3 more days and still no shipment yet. "

"I can appreciate that this website has great prices on the drink that is not available in my area and their delivery policy is great. BUT they charge my card, print the label and say that the order is completed & the product shipped when, in fact, it hasn't!

This is not a one-off kind of event - unfortunately, since I can't afford shopping elsewhere, I have some order history with Taldepot and the product I buy. This sort of treatment happens about 80% of the time. I have sent them feedback about this but, so far, no indication my input matters as the practice continues. I can understand being out of stock - but at least let me know and provide an ETA if you have one. I truly don't believe that is asking too much in this day and age of technology. "I ordered two items from them (Order #100355001), and received one item quickly but never saw the other. I tried to contact them multiple times and never received anything but one automated reply, and no follow up at all. I was charged right away.

I was patient, as sometimes it can take a bit to get an item, but I placed the order on March 11, and still haven't heard anything by April 19th. I went to check on the order status, which had previously shown as "delivered", and now there is no order on their system.

I am very unhappy with losing money and never hearing from them. If TalDepot simply had to wait a bit to ship, that would have been fine with me, but I can only believe that they took my money without ever shipping or intending to ship half of my order."
