"Spent 999 and placed an order on August 12th for Rakhi delivery (paid extra for 'same day' delivery).

It's been over 15 days and not only has the rakhi not been delivered, I am not even able to track it because the website says it has not been shipped yet.

I've raised several tickets and there is no response. Their India helpline number(s) "DO NOT EXIST".

They completely scammed me off my money, didn't deliver the product and disappeared without a way for me to contact them for a refund."
