"On March 23, 2016 I ordered a backup camera system. Tadibrothers charged my cards immediately but did not ship all of the items. The most important component has not been shipped after a month. I've made several calls to their customer service. They even had me contact their supplier, which I don't feel was my responsibility. The other two items were shipped approximately 2 weeks after ordering. I'm currently trying to get a RMA from Tadibrothers so that I can return the items for a refund. So far, I've received products accounting for 30% of the amount charged to my Visa cards. I've cancelled the order for the unshipped items and have requested an immediate credit to my credit card. Hopefully, I'll get my money back. Don't know if this is how they treat all of their customers, but this was my experience and I would not deal with this company again."
