"I ordered two ranger green side plate carriers, they sent multicam instead with Ranger green on the reciept. I called them i sent them back, they said they were sending the correct color to me but i get in the mail today a GP pouch in multicam no side plate carriers. Give me my damn money back i cant wait to call you people tomorrow morning. If you’re reading this don’t do business with these folks they cant comprehend whats what."
"Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a set of Crye Precision combat pants on Sunday evening selected next day air ( M-F before 3pm Eastern ) for shipping. According to their website, the pants were ‘in stock’ in my color and size. Monday rolls along and they were not shipped. No info from the company. Nothing. I call Tuesday morning (had to call three times for someone to answer) and ask what happened. The customer service rep informs me that my items were in stock, but she doesn’t know why they weren’t shipped. The supposedly got left behind. No label had been created, etc. The customer service rep advises she’ll refund me $10 for shipping and ensure they were sent out today via next day air UPS. 430pm rolls around and FINALLY a label is created for my package, but it’s for 3 DAY UPS SELECT. My package is not going to arrive as expected AGAIN. I’m very displeased with this company. There is absolutely no organization whatsoever. I just don’t get it; someone orders a package, you ship it out as they paid for and selected. It’s not that tough. I absolutely would not recommend this company and will do my part to share and post this review everywhere I can."

"Ordered a $600 jacket from the site before Christmas with $5 overnight shipping. Never shipped. Followed up days later by phone and was promised by Ms. Taylor Stone that it would ship that day (Dec. 26). Never heard anything nor did I receive a tracking number so I called again Dec. 27th to be told that the warehouse had left but that I would get a call back today, Monday, the 30th. No call, no followup - nothing. Not happy. This will be my last order with TD despite spending over $8,000 with them this year. "

"I’ve been a customer of Tactical Distributors for a few years now, and have had nothing but an extremely satisfying experience with their products and service. Having an extensive military and law enforcement background, I appreciate products that are effective, efficient, functional and practical. Tactical Distributors get the highest rating in all of these categories, especially for their own TD products. Furthermore, their customer service is second to none, as I have had to return products for exchange over the years. It’s all part of online shopping, you get a shirt or a pair of pants that are spot on but you need to up size or down size. To some this may cause a bit of anxiety; however, TD’s customer service has always made the experience worry and stress free (even when a package I sent back got stuck in purgatory one time). Recently, I had an unexpected issue with one of their products (mostly and admittedly my fault), so I gave them a call and explained my situation in hopes of a miracle, but not really expecting anything. Unbelievably, a real person answered the phone, not a recording. As expected, the person I spoke with was professional and understanding of my crisis. After reviewing my account and gathering some additional information, Vinny went over the top in his response to my crisis, and Tactical Distributors gained a customer and spokesperson for life. Vinny, I’d like to thank you and your team for offering the best selection of equipment and TD products. Moreover, I want to thank you for your understanding and the outstanding customer support.

I'm also very pleased on quick response from Jenn H. about any of my orders. I've delt with so many tactical online store before and by far non of them can match the excellent customer service that Jenn and her team had provide me. You guys definitely gain a customer for life. "
"I placed an order with Tactical Distributors and paid for overnight shipping for a product that I need ASAP and would be stranded without. Well five days later, no product and no shipping confirmation. I called the customer service number and was told they were trying a new inventory system and haven't been shipping out any products, but when they finally get around to shipping products it will still be shipped overnight. Overnight shipping is pretty useless if it takes you a week to ship the item.
They also claim to have a Military/First Responder discount, they don't. You have to go through a third party verification process which takes time and gives you a discount number which is not accepted on Tactical Distributors' website. They also send me a 10% first time shopper discount which also doesn't work.
The company is just full of broken promises."

"It was hard to believe that overnight shipping was included in the pricing for the items that I wanted. Sure enough, placed an order one day and the item arrived the next day. I was so impressed that I went back to Tactical Distributors the next day and ordered something else. Additionally, these guys answer the phone and you get to speak directly to them versus going through phone options to get to speak to someone. Add in the fact that they throw little army men into the order and it makes for a very good vendor relationship! Highly recommend these guys."

"I have been using TD for about a year now and have found all transactions to be very efficient and timely in their arrival. The products are always very useful and unique and yet they carry the standard items that everyone needs. Prices are a bit high on some apparel items. However the quality of the items is fantastic and durable so far from what I see. I like the promos that cover shipping from time to time and would like to see this done much more frequently. They have a good selection on most items, readily on hand. I am now awaiting for yet another shipment, where we like to find the small touches like the toy soldiers. My children love the handful of toy soldiers that seem to be in every large order I place. My only critique would be sun glasses need better pictures as I ordered a pair that was not what I thought it was and now have $150 pair that I don't wear. But everything else is awesome."

The product description was accurate, and the package arrived the day after I ordered it (free upgrade from ground shipping!). Inside the box was a 'thank you' note from the COO of the company and a few plastic army men. Very nice small touches, and the boots were exactly what I expected.
