Well, the first thing is that this is illegal on Black Friday (increasing prices by supply and demand) and the second thing is that after sending them an email asking for explanations, they treated me like a stupid and that I did not know what I was talking about.

"I ordered a picatinny rail for my Savage rifle.It had been replaced in the manufacturers packaging with a different rail.I contacted them by phone,nothing was done.Thankfully I ordered through Paypal.I emailed them through Paypal and tatical store told me to ship it back.I did but days later ...no refund.I emailed them again with no response.I had to file a complaint through Paypal and Paypal ruled in my favor with a refund.Paypal is awesome.This company is using optics planet's name ..a good company I have had great dealings with in the past.Tatical store is nothing but crooks"

"I wish I would have seen these reviews before i wasted my time and money. They never return any emails. It took them 2 months to send me my pants. They have yet to send the rest of my order. The products that showed up is made with tarp. It looks like the goofy pants in the 80s. They are too tight and too small. Nothing on their pants is in English except their logo. I lost $250 to these crooks and now I have to keep an eye on my credit card. I am reading that apparently the company charges people's card even if they don't order anything. I am done with internet shopping. From now on I am going to retail stores to shop."
"This business is running a scam. Without my permission , two months after making a small purchase, they started billing my ATM card monthly, claiming that I'd 'authorized' this recurring charge. Nothing could be further from the truth. I called them and someone actually answered the phone in Provo Utah, and told me that they would refund the $14.95 charge within 3-5 days, and would not charge me again in the future. I can't help but wonder how many other people they are scamming, who might not review their bank statements as carefully as I do."
"Terrible service. Ordered pants in specific waist and length size and they came as mediums. They are way to small. I’ve been trying to return them but I cannot get anyone to reply to me about it. You’re pretty much stuck with it if you buy from them. Also comes from China so takes about 3 weeks to ship. "
