It appeared that my order went through but I got a blank invoice. i emailed them, got a quick response, and they wanted as much information as possible to fix the issue with their system. I received the lower in a timely manner and the work is top notch. Because of the service, quality of the lower, and their do diligence to figure out what happened in their system I will definitely order from them again."
