"I ordered a 4Sevens Quark AA2 Tactical flashlight from Tactical LEDs, which shipped promptly (free UPS Ground) and arrived quickly. Found out that there was a known issue with the switch, so I called & spoke to John (with whom I had originally talked to ask questions about the product). John arranged to ship me a new flashlight immediately, and said the package would contain a UPS label so that I could ship the defective product back at no cost to me. After we arranged the exchange, I e-mailed the company, checking to see if I could substitute a different flashlight which had the same price. They allowed the substitution, no questions asked.
