"Horrific. One day shipping took two weeks, then they sent me the wrong item. I returned it with a detailed description of correct item and the product ID of the knife and they sent me the same wrong knife again. I was very patient and considerate until the final email I sent demanded that they do something significant to make up for all of the hassle, but they never responded. I still have the incorrect knife, which is a good one, but not the one I ordered."
