"Products are great and really nice on the phone but do not expect them to fulfill your order or request in a timely fashion the support is even worse when it comes to RMA’ing things
My order from them took 4 months to completely full fill the RMA took just as long. I have met them in person and they are cool people but what ever the reason is that this happens with them is just wrong.. my friend is still waiting for some thing he RMA’ed last year he just gave up on it.
