"Don't believe a word this company says. I bought a winter blanket from them it came with several snags and holes in it. I told them about it and wanted a refund. They did not want to refund and said it was the normal weaving in the blanket and they guarantee it not to rip. Well it ripped and they told me a replacement was on the way, 2 weeks later I asked where it was. They asked for my address so they can track it. It has now been 3 weeks with no response or replacement blanket! They send you crap products then make false guarantees. DO NOT buy from them!"
