"Ordered Tablet 11th April 2012 and Received it on 23rd April 2012 via DHL ; to be shipped to the Caribbean. Package arrived safely and was well wrapped. Problem is site have a few bugs which i already reported to them, one of which, is sometimes it took one or more times/try to log in.

The Tablet I ordered (SmartQ T20) has cut off and does NOT power on. After talking to Emma via Live Chat which was to busy to even reply in time, she even said so to me "I am kind of busy right now". (Have to wait like 5-10mins sometimes for a reply). They want me to pay to ship it back to them and they would only refund me the cost price ONLY plus a deduction of 20USD. Will edit further when they refund me.

Edit: The defective device has been shipped back since 27th April 2012 via DHL and reached May 07, 2012. Lucky i purchase via paypal and I end up having to open a case. Then after constant contacting and asking for my refund, I got it back 359.99USD. They made a mistake and told me they already refunded me, when they did not. I contacted them numerous times but to no avail as they said the same thing, it is only after contacting them via Live Help Mrs Emma realized/told me that they made a mistake with the refund. I got the refund the next day 15/05/2012. Emails never work with this site, without the live help and constant contacting/chatting you will never succeed with anything. I personally would not shop from them. Shop if you want!!!
