"I am dissatisfied with the response that I received from Table Linen Direct when I emailed them about a problem. I recently purchased from them 6 (six) round organza overlays. They were the most expensive of the 26 clothes that I bought for a party. After the party, I washed all the clothes according to the directions. The outer seam of one of the organza clothes separated from the main body of the table cloth. Table Linen Direct responded with an unsatisfactory response. They sent me a very long small printed clause that relieved them of any responsibility for defects in their merchandise after it was used. If they can't stand behind their merchandise after only one use, then they quality is questionable. I could have bought plastic and have had the same outcome. Rubbish! "

"I first ordered 5 Damask Jacquard folding chair cover (97128) last February. On January 21, 2017, I wanted to order 45 more but you only had 1. Therefore, I decided to order Versailles Damask (93128) because I figured the quality of the material would be the same. However, it was not. I needed the covers for a wedding within a week so I did not have time to return them. I also find the length in both styles is about an inch short on both styles and the chair legs show. I hope you have heard the same comments from other customers and you decide to make the necessary changes. I love the variety you offer and you have no competition on prices. But I would be glad to spend a few dollars more per chair if the above issues are resolved."
