Poor customer service

"I ordered 16 shirts on July 24th and needed specific colors for my job. I received them about 5 days later. I had ordered 4 midnight navy shirts and when they arrived gave them to our printer to have them lettered along with the others. I told him it was not a rush since I didn’t need them until early September. The printer called me on September 8th to tell me that the blue shirts I had ordered were the wrong color…they were indigo vs. midnight navy. Very close, but not the same and unfortunately since they are for work, I needed the exact color. I called t-shirt wholesaler to explain that they had sent me the wrong color and they replied that since it was outside the 30 day return window that they would not let me exchange the shirts. I explained to them why I was approximately 10, yes 10, days past their window and the rep said sorry, there’s nothing I can do. When I asked for a supervisor he stated that his supervisor overheard the conversation and said they will not exchange them. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he refused to get on the phone and the rep said I could send a written letter to the board of supervisors in Nevada if I had a complaint. No phone number, no email…write a letter. All for $20 worth of shirts. I honestly don’t care about the money, but if you send someone the wrong shirts, make it right. I had them brand new, still folded in the shipping bag and they would not do anything at all because I was 10 days past the return policy. Due to this, we have stopped using this company…that’s 250 customers lost because they wouldn’t exchange a few shirts on an order they messed up on."

Terrible customer service and sloowww delivery.

"Worst ever. We ordered shirts on the 17th and they did not process the order for 2 days because they were out of 4 shirts. They sent us a shipping notification on the 19th advising the shirts were shipped. On the 24th I called to see where our shirts were at and was told 7 boxed would be delivered on the 25 and one on the 26th. Well nothing came. I called back on the 26th only to be told that they had not even shipped out our order and were going to pull it and overnight it. Finally on the 27, ten days after our order the shirts came in. We ordered over 800 shirts and paid almost $200.00 in shipping for poor service and no apologies for the lies about the shirts being shipped. They took no blame for the mistake. I will be going back to TSC apparel where you at least get free shipping on orders over 199 and usually 2 day shipping or shirt space who claims 2 day shipping and free shipping on orders over $99.00 and they will price match. They just lost my business here. Bad company and poor customer service."

"I ordered 5 t-shirts from this company. Two of the shirts shrunk 3" in length, even thought they claimed to be "pre-shrunk"!! When I called requesting to exchange for shirts of same color that did not shrink, they refused saying that the shrinkage was within normal range. If you buy from them, be aware they DO NOT stand behind their products."

"I ordered six plain, pocket-less, X-Large (Tall) Gildan Tall 6.1 oz. Ultra Cotton® T-Shirts and six large Gildan 6.1 oz. Ultra Cotton® T-Shirts (not Tall), along with a pair of shorts for my wife from T-ShirtWholesaler.com.

I thought the prices were reasonable for these shirts, which are nice and substantial at 6.1 oz each and very well-made. Each of the extra-tall shirts were $4.60, the regular large were $3.19 apiece, and the shorts (women’s boy-shorts) were $4.92. The t-shirts and pair of shorts came to $48.27 in all. The “standard” shipping (cheapest), was UPS ground and cost $12.45. So for the twelve well-made T-shirts and the pair of shorts, the grand total with shipping came to $60.72.

This company wasn’t listed on ResellerRatings and did not accept PayPal, so I was a bit leery of ordering, but I figured I’d give them a shot.

I placed my order on 7/25/2010, at about 1:00 PM. I got an email confirmation immediately; complete with all the order details and a phone number if I had questions.

Having chosen the “standard” shipping, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the package three days later on 7/28/2010. It was wrapped well in a postage “bag” type envelope, which was fine for these items. I counted everything out and discovered I was missing three of the shirts. They weren’t even listed on the invoice included. I double-checked my email confirmation and sure enough, there they were. I checked the website's tracking info and found only the single number, for the package that had been already been delivered.

I emailed the company’s customer service explaining the situation and got a response within about an hour letting me know that the other shirts were arriving the next day from a different warehouse, along with a different tracking number for that shipment.

All in all I was very pleased with this transaction. The prices were reasonable, the shipping fast, and the customer service impeccable. I have no qualms about recommending T-ShirtWholesaler.com.
