"Ordered what was advertised as a refurbished Optiplex 620 motherboard. It arrived today with multiple blown capacitors. It had not been refurbished and even if it would work it would not work for long. It looked as bad as the one I need to replace! Emailed the company and got a very prompt and courteous reply. They had no other Optiplex 620 mb but would replace with a substitute or refund. I chose refund and they sent a label to return the product. I will update after the item has been returned.
