"The teachers have all been fantastic and all care greatly for my daughter. She has had a great experience at tutor time so far and it was a great first daycare for her. I wish the school offered part time because that is our need at the time, we end up paying for a full week but only need 3 days. The outdoor playground could really use some landscaping and upkeep. Overall great experience."

"The staff are wonderful and kind. My child is well taken care of.A lot of transition happens and retention with staff seems to be a struggle. Sometimes movement to new classrooms is not explained and updates are not received until after the transition happens."

"Tutor Time is a high quality day care. With that said, they have become increasing corporate and less responsive over time. Rule following to the letter, not the spirit, seems to be the highest priority. Concerns and questions are rarely answered in a direct way or even at all. Deflection and distraction are how questions are typically handled."

"I’ve taken notice of the fact that my son will say “hi” and “bye” to Teachers or other school support who he doesn’t necessarily see a lot of the day. That tells me that the staff make an effort to know all of the children, not just those in their classroom. That is invaluable in a setting like that. I also like that the Director often has her door open for anyone who might have a question or concern. Very professional."

"We are very happy with our son’s experience in Tutor Tine. He’s happy to go every day. He learns so much and has other children to learn with and from. He knows his friends by name and is getting a socialization piece he would not get otherwise. The staff all know him by name even though they aren’t all directly with him each day. Very close-knit group."

"The daycare has always got it's goal on getting more out of my bank account. Never a day goes by without the quest to increase profits by sending staff home early or charging for something extra. When you focus on profit you loose focus on the kids. I get billed the same amount if my kid is there 1 day or 5. That does not transfer to the staff - just corporate. There are other daycare centers that are a lot more affordable and we parents talk to each other. I have a feeling that one more price increase will send some of us to your competitors."
