"A general lack of accountability and awareness."

"This has been a great experience for my son, I am really pleased with the support from the administration team. They are very understanding and down to earth. My son is 2 years old and just told me “mommy I love school” I’m happy! It would’ve been great if the school had scholarships to assist parents, the tuition is very expensive and so is everything else in life. I currently referred a coworker who has a 2 & 3 year old to this school because I love the environment. Wish we could afford to do more days, especially since my baby is expressing his love for school."

"Luckily our school has had an increase In Consistent staff in all the ages. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable to know where my kids will be going as they grow up. The teachers love the kids so much and want them to be happy and well taken care of while they are there."

"Director and teachers care about the children and they do everything they can to make sure they provide quality care for the children, even when they are short-staffed. This school deserves more funding to help ensure that quality people continue to work here, especially since many families rely on this place for childcare and have no other options. There are so many families who need childcare and can’t get it. I’m so fortunate that because my first child was enrolled and attending here for almost 4 years that I was able to get a spot for my second child."

"It has gone downhill dramatically over the last 3 years. My 4 year old doesn’t know his ABCs. They aren’t teaching him. They are babysitting and letting the kids play all day. No curriculum at all."

"I have always loved Tutor Time and have sent both of my children. Compared to when my older child attended two years ago, I do not feel the curriculum is as strong. For example, name writing, ABCs, number identification and prep for kindergarten are not as evident as I had seen in the past prior to COVID. However I do believe the staff and teachers care deeply and are working as hard as they can. It’s very evident that staffing is a challenge and they are trying their best. Everyone is professional and friendly."

"My 9 month old loves going to daycare every day. She loves her teacher and classmates, and is always entertained. She has already learned so much in a short period of time. I love the curriculum with different sensory toys for infants. The classroom is always clean and organized. They try to accommodate the infant’s regular schedule as much as possible. Food and bottles are given with gloves on, and babies practice washing’s hands. I love the updates on the app and the peace of mind of having the live feed to pop on and see what she is up to. My daughter adores her teacher (Ms. Sandy) her face brightens up as soon as she sees her. The staff up front is always happy and friendly, and Kaitlyn is always quick to respond to questions. We are very happy with Tutor Time and are glad it is the school we chose!"
