"I love Tutor Time Stevenson Ranch. My twins have been in attendance since they were infants (they are now 5 and go to elementary school). There were a few minor issues over the years (nothing is perfect), but the few issues we had were always addressed and resolved with communication with the teachers and the director. I love how a lot of the teachers have been there consistently over the years. I think it says a lot about the school that it’s able to retain its employees. We love Tutor Time so much and trust them with our kids that we don’t use the after school care at our school, and prefer to use the after school care (includes bus transport from elementary to Tutor Time) at Tutor Time. After school care at the school would be cheaper, but it’s worth paying a bit more for the peace of mind that our kuds safe at Tutor Time."

The communication is great, Celina is awesome about getting back to you right away and keeping you informed about what is going on. "We love This school. Every teacher my daughter has had has been wonderful to her and communicative with us. We are especially happy with her current teacher in the Two’s class who has really helped my daughter adjust to being back in daycare. It made me feel so good to see her run straight to the teacher when I dropped her off the other day. I’ve never seen her do that with anyone but mom and dad. We also love the director. She and her teacher constantly update us on how our daughter has been adjusting and how her day has been if we see them during drop off or pickup.I’m sad we have to leave, as I know the teachers/director here truly care and I could not be happier about the way they have helped my daughter adjust when returning after Covid."

"When we 1st choose the school we did so based on the warmth and welcoming nature of the teachers and staff. The environment felt very kid focused and geared toward welcoming families as a school family. Now it's like walking in to corporate daycare. Cold, administration is not welcoming and on numerous occasions the building has had an odor. The teachers who have been there a long time are the only reason we haven't pulled our kid out. She has a short time left so we are leaving her in the school but would not recommend it to another family."
