"To the lady with the red bob at the front desk, you are a delightful person. I have not enjoyed my experience with this school. This is my sons third school (per my choice, has nothing to do with behavior) and I wish they could spend more time giving care to my son (I asked for more frequent changes after he came home with the worst diaper rash I had ever seen (it looked like a second degree burn, do not google that if you are unaware) and they were unwilling to apologize or compromise, simply told me that I needed to bring in diaper rash cream for him-> this has never been an issue at other schools in my experience fyi). Communication is ambiguious and when I asked for face to face communications I was told that was not realistic beacause that's not what all the parents want at this school. 4/10 do not personally recommend. At this point we're looking for a nanny so take that as you will."

"Our experience with this place was good up until my baby girl was moved to toddler class. The only good thing was that they have cameras so you see how do they traumatize your child.
Toddler class is horrible. They care about nothing. My 18 months would keep licking her runny nose all day no one would care. She had a 102 fever one day they didn't notice until I picked her up at the end of the day. When I mentioned that to the school manager, her response was they can't go and check every kid in the class!. They would let her cry all day or give her a pacifier to shut her up. They don't have any knowledge or techniques on how to calm a baby down. One Teacher from toddler class should probably be moved to old kids class because she's very aggressive and doesn't know how to deal with Babies. "

"We transferred our son from a nearby school that claimed they were above the rest ...and they were not. In my search for a new school to transfer my son to, I came upon Tutor Time in Schaumburg and spoke to both Ms Jennifer and Ms Agnes over the phone. They took their time answering several concerns of mine from education, teacher credentials and safety of the school. They were kind and understanding to my fear ; especially after having such a traumatic experience for my son at the other school. Not only did they communicate with us as parents, they insisted I bring in my son to meet the teachers and see the place and i loved this; they showed his importance in this relationship we were building with the school. My son was so traumatized from the experience at the other school that it took him a week of crying and not wanting to school to finally now going in with no issues. However, this could not have happened without the empathetic partnership between the teachers, directors, us as parents and our son"
