"The facility itself and people do take care of the children and we feel our kids our safe there. However, there has been repetitive interactions with certain teachers over the past few years that make our boys not look forward to going to this facility and would rather go somewhere else for a change."

"My son loves going there, some teachers are really sweet and caring .I would like for the staff to be more professional and communicate more with the parents . If we don’t ask about our kids we don’t get any updates .Also I feel every time we ask or complain about something the staff take it the wrong way as I mentioned in other question I feel after we say something they get mad I understand it’s not easy working with kids and every job it’s stressful but they have to remember it’s our kids that we are leaving there so of course we want the best for them ."

One even calls my son our household nick name (like shes apart of our family) I LOVE IT! I feel like everyone loves my two babies as much as I do. The entire place, inside and out are always super clean! Since COVID you can’t go to the kids classrooms to check things out if you’re an overly loving and concerned parent like me but, you do receive a few updates to ease your heart throughout the week. "I love this school. i am a first time mother so the way they communicate with me and keep me posted on what's going on with my daughter throughout the day removes all my worries and paranoia of leaving my baby at daycare. They send pictures and videos of her to me throughout the day. Each time she naps or is fed or changed the send me a notification. i absolutely love their brightwhell app. It rocks! I love this daycare"
