"Overall I’m happy with the care and education my children get but the rates have increased 25% since we enrolled. It seems like the food budget has not increased and my children often seem hungry. I also find it frustrating that the vacation policy has also been changed. Everything seems profit driven rather than children driven. And if Rates are increasing the staff should benefit as well and get a pay increase."

"We love Tutor Time Bethel Park! The teachers and management has always been very receptive to any wishes and concerns expressed and been our true partners in raising our son. The cameras are a HUGE plus too as they really helped us feel assured when my son was younger and newer to daycare. Highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a solid daycare"

"We feel safe at school but there is a lot to staff turnover and seems to be staff burnout. Class sizes seemed to have doubled as well and prices keep increasing"

"I really appreciate what our child is learning and access to amenities like The Village for change of scenery when they can’t go outside. I do like the teachers a lot and the crafts, songs, and activities that kids engage in during the day. Many of them are wonderful. It’s seems like there is a noticeable difference in the teachers who are great and engage w the kids and other teachers who are less engaged and more focused on the iPad or more passive in the room. I also would like to feel more confident in how children are being guided to resolve conflict among themselves and manage reactions. Our child has started hitting at home and mentions that kids at school do it."

It’s very hard to drop your little one off to someone else but Tutor Time has made it much more bearable. "We have seen our son go from having rough morning and dreading going to daycare to enjoying going to school. The teachers seem to genuinely enjoy his company which was very important for us. We love the sprout about app but what we like more is the teacher’s dedication to using it. We love the pictures and updates throughout the the day. Our son seems to really enjoy all of the lessons and activities the teachers have for him and the kids. He also loves playing outside when the weather is nice. Thanks for everything you do for/with our son and keeping us in the loop when we can’t be there with him."

"We love the school. Everyone is friendly and seemingly happy to be there. The teachers update us when needed about behavior issues. My son is engaged and learning like a sponge, as he should be. In his old school the age range in his class did not allow for age appropriate curriculum. We are very happy with Tutor Time. Oh, and the food! He eats so much better at school, so while we have our favorites at home, he is trying and eating things at school that he would scoff at while at home!"

"Messages sent to management regarding schedule or food changes do not always make it to classroom teachers. I have to send separate messages to both the management and the classroom teachers to ensure messages are getting to both parties."

"We love the staff, all the activities the team does with the kids, how attentive they are. At $17k a year for one kid, there is concern for having additional kids in attendance though."

"We love TT! But there does seem to be a downtrend on pictures, videos and updates like their used to be. I wish the director was more present, I haven't seen her in her office or greeting families in some time. Teachers are wonderful and attentive to my kiddos."

"I have two children attending Tutor Time full-time over the past 4 years. We are very pleased with the care, learning, and development our kids receive. The technology of Brightwheel and Watch Me Grow are very valuable to keep parents connected and communication with teachers. We have about a 25 minute drive to the center and it's worth it for safe and happy kids."
