"Overall pretty good. Turn over rate with teachers is getting higher. Makes me not feel as confident with not having consistent teachers in the same room. Especially the infant room as I’m expecting a new baby. Ratios are maxed with kids too which is not always controlled. Seems chaotic in a lot of the rooms"

"I was extremely happy with the school during the first 1-2 years. It is sad the organization cannot attract and/or retain talent. The school has lost many good teachers over the years. I send a proxy in to pick-up my child to avoid dealing with the incompetent staff and inadvertently influencing other parents. I have adult children that have attended various childcare facilities and I have never been reduced to the lack of interest in engaging with the locations administration. Please understand that I have always enjoyed interaction with all teachers assigned to all of our children enrolled throughout the four years of service."

"I would not recommend this school. They entice you with professionalism and apps that help them communicate with you and then once your child is enrolled they do a 180. When issues arise they do not handle it in a professional manner, if they handle it at all. Sometimes as a parent you just need some reassurance that they have your kids best interest and well being at heart, and you will not get that. There are a few wonderful teachers and I feel as though they really do enjoy being there and that because of that they take better care of my child. But there have been and are some teachers who seem inexperienced and unprofessional and it’s disheartening. I get anxiety dropping off my child because I do not always feel a though they are being watched and cared for and validated. Maybe they are being watched, but they are not being nurtured. I feel as though they do not have enough staff for as many kids they have. I have also seen some adults berate the kids when they “redirect” them."
