"They’re really trying. There is a huge mix of families from high school parents, DES families through doctors and nurses. While this is obviously a for-profit company, I wish there was more I could do as a parent to support the teachers and less fortunate families. I’d like it to feel a bit more like a community than a service because you do care for my child for more of the week than I do."

There was a lot of staff turnover which had led me to think about taking my children elsewhere, but the new director has made improvements in a short amount of time. I also give kudos to receptions staffs as they always greet us with big smile. They are all soft-spoken and well behaved human beings.
