"Overall it has been okay. There were some issues with a teacher in my sons toddler classroom that raised concerns of safety and negliegence. Another child in the classroom was a bit too rough with my son as well (jumping on him when he was laying down and pulling him off a chair by his bib). The teacher did not react at all to either of these instances. She also refused my son water. There were many other issues as well. Once he left this classroom, things have improved drastically. We are much happier now."

"Teachers are wonderful and should get paid more. School needs to inform parents of birthday celebrations beforehand so we don’t have to pack an entire lunch bag. The food goes to waste. Weekly Monday Reminders on events like bring in a pumpkin to decorate or dress like.a scarecrow. It is very short notice to send a note the day before. Parking lot is very dark after daylight savings “fall back.” Cars for Dunkin are always blocking path to exit parking lot. There is no sign so I don’t blame them."

"Teachers are wonderful and deserve pay raises. Keep class size limited so they aren’t overwhelmed. Bathrooms need updating. Although they are clean, they are old and still look dirty. Floors feel sticky even at drop offs. Hire a professional cleaning staff. It is not entthe teachers responsibilities."

"Love the school love the teachers. The only concern is when there are actually 4 children per teacher; at that point it feels like there isn’t enough time or teacher for each child’s needs. The cleanliness could seriously use some work. The floor, walls and pillars have stains on them for about two months. Since I’ve been coming there I’ve seen the same stains on the toilet and sink in the available adult bathrooms. I also found a layer of dust and hair in the the toy storage bins in the classrooms. With a cleanliness overhaul I would feel the price were entirely justified. At this point we pay a little too much for such lax sanitary practices."

"My general impressions about our Tutor Time are wonderful. Especially since Ms Tiffany has taken over as director, I have seen an overall improvement. I love the enriching activities that my daughter's teachers plan for her each day. My only suggestion at this time is to improve the classroom facilities: my daughter's EPS classroom is very well loved. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, perhaps some new tables and chairs and shelves for the toys, and the floors could use a good deep clean. For the price we pay per week, I would liek to see these types of improvements."

"The staff are very professional and are always friendly and accommodating. They know each child by name and greet you upon arrival and departure. On a day I had an unexpected crisis I had to leave my toddler there later than anticipated and hadn’t remembered to have an afternoon snack in her bag. I really appreciated that the staff provided a snack so she could eat with the other kids and didn’t criticize me for forgetting. My toddler looks forward to going there and waves goodbye to me when she reaches for her teachers. I can tell she is comfortable there and she gets the space to explore her surroundings and play with other children. It's reasonably priced and I would recommend them. The toddler teachers have been great so far."

"This has been a great school. People are warm and friendly and seem to sincerely care about my child. I do wish there was more playing and talking with the kids throughout the day and that my child could have the same 2 teachers throughout the day for consistency. My child does have the same 2 teachers each morning but in the afternoon she has different teachers switching in and out every couple of days which I think will make it hard for her to build the connections I want her to build with her caregivers and feel a sense of predictability"
