"I’m looking for a new school. I’m very sad about it because my child loves it here. I’ve had several increases but our value has decreased. They are very scattered and disorganized, they can’t tell you waiting list info objectively nor can they tell you when your child will be moving classes. No one cares about the parents. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the value, I’m only paying for cameras that work 50% of the time. They don’t pay the teachers well, I don’t think the salaries adjusted Based on our increases. I know several families have left"
"Our experience has been great up until a month ago. The teachers are FABULOUS and truly care about our daughter - but they are leaving left and right. And the feedback I've heard is because they aren't happy with leadership. I want to keep my daughter at Tutor Time, but it's been hard this past month to see how upset she is to leave for school in the morning and how little she is learning (I'm watching the cameras daily). Since classes are combined, the teachers are just trying their best to survive - it isn't their fault. Something must be done about staffing ASAP!"
