"Only issue I have is during drop-off. My child and I dislike dropping in one room for a half hour or an hour and then being transferred to their main room. Why do I have to have my kid in a room with strange kids and teachers and not have them report to their assigned room?"

"overall good, there are definitely some teachers that are better than others and staff members that are more professional than others- we happen to have gotten the best each time but i can see sometimes why other parents are not as happy. i think the school does the best they can with what they are given and i see the effort put into the process, i hope the parent company is supporting the staff as needed and compensating the teachers as well as they should be, it is a very difficult job and if they lose all the good employees to facilities that pay more it will be a great loss"

"Our experience in the beginning up until this year was absolutely phenomenal and we have highly recommended this daycare to people. After the change in administration, there has been an extremely high turnover with the teachers and palpable dissatisfaction amongst parents. The entire administration for the school was changed and it has changed for the worse. There has been a decline in communication with parents about getting the menu in a timely fashion and also with weather related information. It's troubling that when asked for an update on our child at dropoff we get an I don't know from their main teacher."

"I love the center as a whole. Of course, there are always going to be issues with any place I send my kids...no where is perfect. The only reason I complete these is not to complain, but to help Tutor Time reach its highest potential by providing constructive criticism. I also like to point out where the center is excelling. I think corporate needs to give more funding to tutor time to entice more highly qualified teachers and teacher assistants. If they had more people like Vaishali and Susan Calandra.....the parents would be so happy. These staff members go above and beyond for the kids and families and it shows when our kids are excited to go to daycare."

"My experience overall with this school has been wonderful. From the top down I have been listened to and my needs and my child's needs have been met. My son has learned how to do almost everything at tutor time. He is at tutor time more than he is at home! They taught my son how to eat with utensils, drink from a cup, they potty trained him. He now knows his ABCs, can count to 20, spell his name, recognize letters and numbers, sing along CORRECTLY to songs, and engage in conversation. My son can color within the lines and freehand draw. He is SO ADVANCED beyond his peers who attend other daycares or stay home with mom. I LOVE tutor time and Mr. Peter, Ms. Julia, Ms. Tiffany, and Ms. Jackie are simply amazing. My son has truly thrived this year and is ready for public school. I love how Mr. Peter and Ms Julia go out of thei rway to go above and beyond for their students. As a parent, it makes me feel like this is the BEST money I can spend- an investment in my child's future."

My daughter was left out of her class picture because she was in a different class room that day. They should have pulled her out of the other room you be in the photo. I’m very upset about this."
