"Tutor Time Jenison has a great staff and great Director. We have been sending our children there for 8 years now and even though we have spent a small fortune doing so our kids are very prepared for elementary school when they leave Tutor Time and our first two kids that did so are still near the top of their classes academically. You can tell that the staff and director love the kids and are more than open to talk whenever the need arises. Keep up the great work!"

"Love it. Wish the Directors would help prepare parents for the transitions and new infants. “Oh he’s a baby, don’t worry” is not helpful in preparing a new mom for infant care. Perhaps a checklist of things to think about and what to send with baby."

"I love the school. The experience overall is great. I love the app and all the updates. I would like to hear more about how did my child did in school every day. One positive thing, 1 negative thing/feedback if applied. I would like to see more improvement with the communication when things go wrong. It's great to hear all the good things, but sometimes bad things happened too and it would be nice to know/hear about it as well. ( child was not feeling good, was crying, had a bad day, updates on covid 19-cases in the facility etcWeekly or monthly feedback about our child's behavior with teacher - again good things are always pointed out, but not often hearing about bad behavior or child struggles, what they need a help with. As far as meals, I love all the updates about meals, sometimes the child receives same fruit for both meals or even same fruit 2 days in the raw. I d't like this. It should be a variety of different fruits with each meal or breakfast should be serve with fruit but lunch with veggie."

"We have had a great experience. The infant one lead teacher (Ms. Nicole) and assistant teacher (Ms. Alexis) were outstanding and my son loved them! The infant two teachers are great too. My son loves his time at school and comes home happy!"

"The only challenging issue we have had is recently having to search for items in one of our children's rooms. We have overall been very happy with the education especially in the preschool room. We really enjoyed the social development in all of the younger rooms. It is a safe and affordable daycare. Center itself may be a bit outdated, but is also more affordable than other centers."

"I really appreciate the day-to-day interactions my children and I have with staff and teachers. Generally, my children look forward to coming to school and have good days there. I wish there was more of a priority placed on accommodating the extra activities the children can be enrolled in. If parents pay for the Spotlight activities, those commitments should be honored."
