"The management of the Watermill facility responded they don't have a control over the company making the renovations, so I called the district Manager Samantha who didn't pick up the phone and didn't call back.
Instead of starting with infant groups rooms renovations the daycare gave a free will to the builders to decide where to start from. So they started from older kids rooms instead of infants ones. Nobody cares that babies have direct access to the entrance area since gates were removed months ago. They freely crawl to entrance where the floors are dirty since bunch of visitors come in including parents that drop off / pick up their kids. Completely out of logic renovation process and zero consideration about the kids from Corporate office obviously. My baby is permanently sick because he is putting his dirty hands into his mouth all the time. The problem with pull ups is still no resolved despite Samantha promised months ago she will take care of this! Well, at least I am thankful to the daycare management they allowed me to bring my own pull ups for my toddler, despite they still keep charging me for theirs despite we don't use them. Well I can live with this for now...

"My child’s teacher is wonderful and is the only reason I have kept my child enrolled. However, the director (Elizabeth) and assistant director can improve in the communication with parents and caregivers. Their approach to concerns/problem lacks empathy and understanding. Since they have had to own up to their mistake regarding my account, they do not speak. There has been several occasions in which I have said hello or good morning and they have walked pass me or said nothing, in particularly the assistant director Keisha. There is a lack of professionalism with them. Ms. Jane is nice and welcoming."
