"We were in the Islandia location which we absolutely loved. When they closed Islandia, we knew that the directors Nicole and Sheila along with the infant teachers Amanda and Sue would move to the Holbrook location, so we followed them. We are very happy with the school under the direction of Nicole and Sheila. We already loved Sue and Amanda and so does our baby. Any time there is a bump or scrape, we get a phone call. Even if they just think our baby isn't quite herself, we get a message. 100% communication here."

"I can’t say it enough. This is the worst preschool I’ve ever heard of. He learned NOTHING. It is absolutely terrible and the fault of the school that I feel my son is not prepared for school. I kept him home so many days because I had to teach and prepare him myself."

"This place seems to be always short staffed, kids are all over the place, they DO NOT DO potty training, circle time, math or any learning material, kids are always sick and the prices and tuition goes up with no explanation or warnings. Director is not even friendly she looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. The only one star is for the live cameras, but unfortunately is getting too expensive and there’s no assigned classroom teacher and some teachers do not care about the kids and they lied about food and diaper change or simply they do not post anything on the app. Some of the teachers are so young that they don’t care and sometimes they get mad at the kids. Kids drink tap water because they are not allowed to bring water bottles.Very upset that there’s no control and they really could be more caring for the children"

"Infant teacher is good and on top of my child's care.Preschool room had a great teacher. Ever since he's been on leave, it's been a chaotic environment. Director never helps out in the mornings for drop offs."

"When my daughter was in the infant class, we had no issues. The lead teach Barbara was amazing and communicative. Even when there were staff issues, she reassured us that everything would be fine and it always worked out. Now that my child is in the toddler class, it has been a nightmare. From her being hit and bitten many times to lack of constant staffing, it’s bad. My child’s first two weeks, the lead teacher resigned. Thereafter, there have been way too many different teachers in that class. Also, they switch classes too much. I never know which class my child is going to be in. This causes us to lose her bottles and other items and the staff never know where her items are. It’s very disorganized. This all has been addressed with the Teachers and many of these issues above have been addressed with the Director as well. When the last Assistant Director left, it seemed like the whole center had left with her. She was very helpful."

"Barbara has been a fantastic teacher. We have confidence in her ability to care for our child. We have seen growth in our infant since being at the school. The lack of communication about staffing issues has been frustrating. There have been several occasions we have arrived to be told they will be over the intended ratio if our child stays. It has been disruptive to our work schedules. We have also been a bit unsure about the sickness policy- sometimes it seems children should be sent home due to sickness but we recognize this can be hard when things like seasonal allergies come into play. Overall we are happy with her day to day care but disappointed in overall management/communication. Letting us know there may be a staffing issue before we get there would be helpful as we could make other arrangements."

"The idea is great, the implementation needs work. Teachers should be paid as teachers, not child care workers. There needs to be more staff. Even when the location is “fully staffed” there never seems to be an “extra” person available that I could speak to. The class rooms are at capacity, meaning if I take a teachers attention at drop off or pick up, they’re expected to connect with me while watching ~4 kids. That doesn’t make sense. The ratio = the max. The school should have an extra person available if we’re meant to have meaningful interactions with the teachers at these points. Also, school leadership is often wrapped up in acting as teachers, cooks, or addressing an individual child’s needs. I commend them for always helping where needed but this does not allow them to function as the school leadership. They’re always busy. There are duties and responsibilities outside of the teacher and leadership roles that are not adequately being staffed for."

"My 4 year old has been attending this school since 2018. Each teacher has been wonderful and our experience has always been a great one which is why we decided to enroll my 10 month old. We couldn’t be happier with the care our children are given, the communication between the teachers and my husband and I is phenomenal. My 4 year old looks forward to attending every day. His current teacher , Leah, is extraordinary. Her lessons are full of fun and knowledge. The Director and Assistant Director update us on safety and security and health matters helping us to feel confident that our children are in good hands. Ms Barbara was a teacher for my 4 year old and now my 10 month old and she is someone I can always go to for advice. I trust her completely with my children."
