"When my child was younger, it was fantastic, they really helped encourage growth and helped enhance my child's life to be prepared for first year of school. But as prices have risen repeatedly and open/close times since covid have never returned back to normal. With the lack of a curriculum, and safety concerns evident in the training of staff, An after school program sounds more and more sensible to have my child attend."

"The teachers and staff are wonderful in so many ways. We personally would love for there to be more lessons and activities for our son who is a very active, social toddler. The love and kindness is so important, but we still want him to learn and grow more than he could from being at home. You are doing a great job. If we had to give some constructive feedback, I would say variety of activities and more creative exploration are two things I would suggest trying to improve upon. "at first we were excited; we relocated from “a sister school”, everything seemed to be going well for a couple months. The past month there has been a decline in any certainty in this establishment; I’ve asked about the short staff issue and they just said they were training and working on it. The teachers seem overwhelmed all the time (which isn’t their fault i don’t blame them), the front desk lady’s gossip and seem snarky however. I’d like them to stop bringing the children outside without their water bottles, apparently my THREE YEAR OLD son has to be responsible for his own water. It’s just small things that add up in the end."
