"Overall, the experience with Tutor Time has been exceptional. The staff is extremely nice, courteous, caring and professional. They do a great job of making the environment seem warm and welcoming. My child also seems to enjoy going and has shown much development starting. Some small feedback: - Running nose: I’ve often noticed kids with running noses and wonder if that’s something addressed and the frequency. I’ve had to wipe my child’s nose myself multiple times when picking them up.- Shoe covers missing: Sometimes there are no shoe covers to use (as that is a safety requirement to enter classrooms) and someone on staff has to be alerted to get some.- Feeding volumes: When solid food is served, it would be great if they knew and recorded how much it was. That helps the parents who track their child’s daily food intake."

"We love the teachers that our child has interacted with so far, they are incredible and deserve far more recognition and appreciate than they currently receive. Management has been disappointing, they are unapproachable and condescending during conversations. I also do not understand why my tuition rate continues to increase but the teachers hardly ever get an increase in pay and do not get paid when the school closes early/is closed for inclement weather. If I am still required to pay tuition on those days, why can they not be paid for the day they were supposed to be at work? Lastly, I wish there was a better process for classroom transitions. Our child is dropped off in a different room in the morning and then is transferred to his new classroom later, therefore, we have yet to meet our childs lead teacher as she is not in yet at drop off and is gone by the time we pick up."

"Some teachers are EXCELLENT and others are just so-so. My main concern is that when I bring my child to the center, I never know what teacher he'll have and that's frustrating. Or when they move him up to another classroom, there's no communication between the parent/teacher regarding this."

"Overall, outside of the issue with one child in my daughters class, I have no issues with this schools summer camp program. The staff has been great"

"The staff is very friendly and kind. They remember my child's name which makes it more welcoming. The one thing I would change is my child being in one classroom consistently instead of being bounced around to different classrooms with different age groups because of staffing issues."

"I used to work at Tutor Time a few years ago and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. Once i came back to Michigan i made my way back to Tutor Time and this time i brought my toddler with me. I felt comfortable bring my child there because the teachers are great. They are so nice, always greet me and my child every morning with a smile. My child loves coming to school, she has made friends and has learned so much being in the toddler program! It is a great place for her to learn and grow! "
