"There was good service for a couple of years but the team has turned over too often. There was much more educational activities and we felt they were learning. Now they just play all day, bouncing from class to class with different age children everyday. Seems like the teachers mean well but they’re short staffed and not getting much support from management. We’ve observed them get pulled out of classes to cook the meals. They’re overwhelmed. Also incident reports do not happen regularly."

"Besides the communication issues this week and the disorganization of pick up and drop off procedures, we love the school. Staff and directors are incredibly nice, the frequent updates are great and activities are well thought out. I know that it is difficult to keep things so organized and clean, so the issues here and there are to be expected."

"In general the school seems good, most of the staff is friendly but the turnover rate is quite high. School security is fair to partly **** and there is potential for it to be good but remains lacks at best. In todays world with terrible things happening at schools across the country I would hope they would take a more proactive approach to preventing something happening. School hours have been cut back again but the price continues to climb - pay more for less! Drop off is fair and its nice that there's no set time they have to be there."

It’s always a good feeling when you can tell how happy your little one is to see their teachers and the staff. Finding good childcare is such a blessing! We feel lucky to have found tutor time. I’d also like to say they have handled the chaos and confusion of COVID extremely well. They take amazing precautions to keep everyone safe. Teaching little ones all day in a mask cannot be easy, but these amazing teachers and staff have been doing it for 1.5 years now. They are heroes. Without them all the parents of these babes would have struggled to keep their jobs."

The teachers seem very involved and present, and I love the level of communication through the app so that we can see what activities they did that day and what developmental activities were planned.
