"We had great experiences with all the teachers in the previous class room they would give huge hugs to my daughter when she showed up and when she left and you could tell they were all genuine. The new class room when picking up in the afternoon (not morning) feels fake. The tone and words all change once she knows a parent is watching. I have witnessed this countless times."

The tuition costs a fortune, but the teachers don't get paid very much which results high turnover and some not so great teachers. One thing I dislike is some teachers kiss the children. I am happy that they care about the children but it's unhygienic and unsettling.The infant classroom was the worst class in my opinion. It honestly felt neglectful. The kids just lie on the floor and the teachers become immune to it and don't pick them up much even when they're screaming. Some of the teachers don't seem to like children all that much."

"My child loves her friends and her teachers; we (her parents) do not like the director or her communication style. She sits in her office all day and barely comes out to help with drop off or pick up when there are parents waiting for their children. Any communication is defensive and she makes us feel like we should have known something when it should have been communicated by her in the first place."
