"The location isn't that great regarding parking . I've had several incidents that caused confusion on my end due to lack of communication however overall I like the facility and staff"

"My son is two years old; he started at this Tutor Time location when he was ten months old and he loves attending daycare. He has loved every teacher in every classroom (3) and has bonded with a few of the children. He eats well and sleeps well while he’s there, sometimes better than when he’s home. Due to the variety of foods, he loves fruits and vegetables. He comes home a chatter box and shares some of the things they’ve been practicing that day (e.g. singing songs, making animal sounds, etc.). He also knows his friend’s names and can identify them when he’s at home. Since Joelle took over as director, I’ve seen a lot of positive changes: the school appears more welcoming, it’s cleaner, and feels more like a school. The staff appears happier too, which I care about. Happy staff equals less burnout and positive energy for the kids. I love how I can check on him throughout the day when I’m missing him. The school always makes us feel welcomed and I know they genuinely adore my son."

"Honestly? I wanted it to be different. I believe Ms. Joelle has a vision and will change things for the better, however my child is miserable and there isn’t nearly enough educational input to keep him advancing. This I seems to be daycare, not preschool. The student to teacher ratio is as high as licensing allows so there is very little room for sensitive kids who are sad or adjusting. The teachers also change frequently so the kids struggle to bond with individual teachers."

"The teachers are nice. However overworked and understaffed. The office people and director can be uptight and hard to communicate with. I have yet to receive any sort of progress report on my child. The whole front of the house environment is unwelcoming. If it wasn't out of necessity my child wouldn't be there. Thankfully they start kindergarten this summer."

"We're so happy we chose tutor time for our daughter. For us there was an immediate feeling of nostalgia, it is a warm inviting place that feels like the kindergarten classrooms of our childhood. Everyone here seems to be genuinely happy and connected to the children. It's what's on the inside that counts and this place has so much heart and soul."

I would like to see the daily updates that were promised so that I don’t have to watch the live streams to see what my child is doing (ie. I have to check the live stream to know if my child is eating or if she is participating in any activity that day) . There’s a lesson plan sent to parents but there are no other updates dai on what the children are"

No one is informed of a new start, so teachers are thrown out of the loop. There is no ethical value in the care of a child.
