"There are some core teachers at this school that are fantastic and we'd be sad to leave them. However, for the amount of money we are paying I feel that we should not have daily concerns for how our children will be treated by the other children and what teacher will be with them for the day. For the last year (at minimum) it has been a revolving door of teachers for our younger child and they are now at the point where they ask not to go to school every day. I'm not entirely sure what the root of the problem is here, but I hope it get addressed immediately."

"We mainly chose this school because the teacher for our son was very engaging with both us and our child when we did a tour. Our son seemed very comfortable interacting with the teacher and some of the children even said hi and tried to encourage our son to join them. I do think the price is high for the value you get as far as curriculum. Also they charge extra for everything other schools we toured included music class at no additional charge."

"As a first time mom it has been an amazing experience. It’s hard to leave your child in the care of someone else and staff has went above and beyond to make sure my son is well taken care of. They listen, follow his routine, work on milestones with him and always give us updates throughout the day. When he first started I watched the camera nonstop, now I feel comfortable and trusting of the staff that I only check in to live stream a few days a week. He loves going to daycare and he is always full of smiles. He has grown so much. He is happy and healthy and I can’t thank staff enough for encouraging that."

"Overall there is a general sense of care for all of the kids. They are each loved by every teacher - whether it is their normal teacher or just somebody there as support. There is effort in learning likes/dislikes and to build a relationship with each child. "No complaints at all over the care my four-year-old has received. We love the teachers and the director, and our child is very well taken care of. My older child was enrolled in the summer camp program and that was also an amazing experience. However once school started, we have not been able to count on care for our older son which is disheartening because once my younger child goes to school, we would like to keep them enrolled for days off and breaks but the inconsistency will cause us to look elsewhere."

"Our older child went to another local daycare where we had nothing but problems. Tutor Time has simply been a breath of fresh air! We have been impressed from day 1, have the happiest three year old who is sad on the weekends because she loves her school. The teachers are kind, nurturing, loving and gentle. The director, Melissa, goes above and beyond for those kids and knows them all by name (we did not have this at the last place and found they were often never there). Ashley at the front desk is warm, welcoming and also super sweet to our daughter. When we first tried to enroll for the infant level and TT was full, we were so disappointed. Getting our daughter in when she turned two was truly a blessing and something we cherish! We love our school."

"We need a sick day program. It's extremely upsetting and frustrating that I have to pay to keep my children home from school when sick. At these prices I should have a certain amount of sick days for each child. It would incentives keeping sick kids home and stop the spread of sickness throughout the classroom. This is the only negative aspect of this center. It overshadows the incredible experience we've had at the center."

"The overall feeling of TT is of family and inclusion. All teachers exude a sense of caring for each child, no matter the age, and no matter if they are their regular teach or not. Communication is constant and I have not had to worry about my child being in a safe environment."
