"Our experience with Tutor Time has been extremely poor. The Director does not communicate well. It often takes her weeks to respond to email and when she does, information is often left out. Most of our child's teachers (with the exception of one) do not offer the compassion and care we are looking for. Our child has struggled for two months with the transition to the toddler classroom and there has been little to no adjustment from the teachers to help him with this transition. There is no deviating from their schedule if your child is having an off day. We had a tremendous experience with the teachers in the Infant Classroom and are highly disappointed with the level of care our child is receiving in the toddler room. We would not recommend Tutor Time to other families."

"besides stated in previous statements, I feel really comfortable sending our child to the center daily. We love the teachers and while we wish communication with the admin was better we are overall happy. In the COVID 19 era, I appreciate the precautions taken with staff. I think its extremely rude for other parents to not respect the staff to wear masks even when outside interacting with staff. I struggle because this is not your job to police the parents but it would be nice to remind parents that wearing masks when interacting with teachers is important even when outside because we are all in this together."

"Staff change is too frequent, leadership problems, my kids are taken care of with their teachers, but as a part communication is very important to me. This is the second day at my kids have attended because of a state to state move. The bar was set high and this child care cant compare to the previous one. I’ve witness the way the director y’all to the teachers. She is terrible at communicating, and I had a major concern and she disregarded what I asked."

"IConcerns have been brought to Taquita's attention and nothing happens. Honestly I can't wait to get my kids out of the school. It continues to go down hill without any positive changes being made in my direction. The fact that Taquita was promoted shows that Tutor time really doesn't know or worse doesn't care what's happens at their. I've spent thousands of dollars of the past couple of years at the school and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone based on the lack of professionalism and knowledge from the director. In addition some of the teachers leave a lot to be desired in what I'm looking for in credentials. It seems that anyone is hired. Ms. Sue was starting to clean things up but she was gone before she really got started. Honestly I'm just ready to be done with tutor time and I won't recommend this school to another parent. I hope someone reads this and other surveys and actually does something which I have very little faith in based on my prior experience."

"I absolutely adore this school. From the staff, to the curriculum, the atmosphere, everything is absolutely amazing. I have seen my child advance so much in his intelligence and social skills while attending this school."

"When you've been to a bad center you a know a good one when you see it! I was a little apprehensive but Ms. Taquita and Ms. Makayla made me feel welcomed! "I go back and forth about my decision to keep my child here. The location is great for what’s needed at the moment. Some teachers are great and a few are there just to get a paycheck. My experience with the director is not so great, she’s terrible at responding to emails. The previous director would respond within a day. It’s fine for now but it would be nice to have a few more consistent, friendly, and caring faces around. Also, it would be nice if the teachers had their names on the back of their shirts. Too many in rotation to keep up with names."

"Communication is very poor. It is difficult and sporadic. Getting a call or email back often takes several attempts over several days. Children are not being taken outside- even on days that the temp has been exceedingly warm recently- due to staff not feeling like it. There are often vague answers to questions- and those answers may vary depending on which staff is asked."

"When we first started the center, it was great. Once the directors began to switch out frequently, I saw a change. The Assistant director Taquita is probably the worst director or assistant director that I’ve had to deal with in the 6 years of having my kids in a childcare center. I’ve heard other parents as well as staff complain about her. I’ve witnessed the way she has talked to some of the staff members in a very disrespectful way. The turnover at this center has been terrible. I come into the center and see faces I’ve never seen before and most don’t take time to introduce themselves which is unwelcoming since my kids go everyday. The school was making a turn for the better when Sue was there. After she left, it has been down the drain. My kids are only still there because they have a year left and the current teachers have been great. Tutor time Canton is gaining a bad reputation. My kids like it there and that’s what matter to me most, and one of the reasons we are still there."

"It used to be great. All the teachers were nice and professional. The teachers dress inappropriately the director never gets back to you. People used to be welcoming. Many days I walk in with out the person at the desk saying hello. There’s more teacher turnover and the good ones leave."

"While the teachers are wonderful. We are not a fan of Tutor Time's family website. It is not user friendly in the least. Consider giving it a revamp that includes useful info for parents such as a school calendar."
