"Most of the teachers are excellent and incredibly nurturing and enthusiastic. The programs and curriculum are also great, given the presence of a dedicated teacher. Communication and transparency with management has always been an issue, no matter who is in charge. There is one shared email for three administrators and oftentimes information is conveyed confusingly. The SproutAbout app is more problematic than it is useful."
"Pros- As a parent of a a child with special needs teachers Ms. hope, Ms Alexis and Ms. Sashane has done a great job with making sure my child is included in various activities and feels safe while at school. My daughter wouldn’t be succeeding and reading at a 1st grade level if it wasn’t for these ladies.Cons- this location is a revolving door workplace. Both leadership and teachers are in and out in a few months."

"The change of leadership was not a great experience especially because we didn’t know the details of the reason. But the staff is doing a good job trying to improve things and did a great job with the first week of school and communicating with parents. I’d like to have more conversations about my child’s progress, ideally once every month."
"It can be hard to get communication with directors and clear answers. There is not always follow up. Also, billing is usually incorrect. Teachers are great."
"We have had 3 children attend this location. Pre covid the school was great. During covid the school cut down hours and lost staff and then the director was promoted and taken out of the school leaving no director. The school has not recovered from this. If my daughter was not in pre-K and about to go to kindergarten I would have taken her out of the school."
"Love the school, hate the parking lot. Lots of big puddles after the rain and lots of potholes. Also nametags would be nice for staff. I kinda know people's faces, but there are a bunch of staff that I don't know their names too and I would like to know their name without having to ask."
"We love my son’s teacher, so our experience has already been good. But my husband and I, along with our friends who have children at Tutor Time, all agree: everything about this school has massively improved since Mr. Charles arrived. Communication is clearer, the decision-making seems much more thoughtful, the entire atmosphere has improved. We’re so much happier now that he’s here! Everything seems to be running so smooth now."
"Over the last 8 months we’ve been extremely disappointed. There has been poor or there lack of management, constant closures, insufficient hours of operations. And the fact that the company increased tuition mid-year after such horrible performance in the school is unacceptable."
