I cannot be more grateful for the staff here! We have absolutely loved our time at this center!! The staff truly care about our children! It was just recently remodeled and it looks awesome! We love the staff and Miss. Tracie, the director, is so kind and communicates great! She greets everyone by name at the door and makes a great experience. We love miss. Kayla! She provides a great classroom and teaches my child so much! "

"The core group of teachers are incredible and they are the reason we switched and have been SO happy here. I feel the place itself needs updates! It is a very dated, staff keep things clean, but it needs foundational updates and for the high price tag that should prioritized however that didn't deter us from joining because the teachers were what we felt was MOST important. Ms Sarah provides the highest level of care/education, Ms Kayla and Ms Cassie are amazing communicators and demeanor with the kids is such a perfect fit. Please be competitive with pay and trainings to keep staff that is why we go here and will continue to recommend this place!"

"We loved this location up u til a few months ago, when directors changed. The personability just isn’t there anymore and staffing numbers is uncertain daily. The teachers we’ve had that have been around for a bit are great and truly care our kids!"

"Staff are incredible and are the reason we switched to this center. The staff also keep things clean and the director has been so amazing with sharing the extra cleaning done with carpets, cots etc. However I do feel that there are updates needed to improve the facility and keep it up to date which would also make the cost most justified. The facility you can tell is older and the foundational pieces of it need updates and that would be the only thing to improve that I also think would increase first impressions."

"If you have a kid with special needs go somewhere else. They do nothing to help and see your kid as a burden. Anytime you give them suggestions on how to help your kid they will say they will do it but won’t."

They really care for every child that comes through their center and they take the time to get to know their individual needs and interests. They help the children to do their best and to excel. The Andover team is great and our daughter has formed close bonds with many of the staff there."
