"No fun to deal with at all. I bought a computer case from them through eBay. I received a broken case. I contacted Triglon and they said they were shipping a new case to replace it. Communication was horrible, I had to ask them twice for any updates. The replacement case finally arrived and that was also broken. They've been telling me over two weeks now that they'll have UPS come pick up the broken cases and issue me a refund. They never did, so I opened a dispute with eBay. That got the seller to reply, but they replied that they want me to pay return shipping (for broken merchandise they sent me) and that the only way the cases could be broken was through my carelessness. That is just outrageous, they sent two broken cases and it was like pulling teeth to get any information from them. Please, if you want something they sell, get it somewhere (anywhere) else if you don't want unnecessary heartburn, a runaround and no results. Truly the most disappointing online shopping experience I've ever had - terrible customer service. I understand things break when they're being packed or shipped, but to accuse me of the breakage and then try to charge me for the return shipping of useless items is beyond bad service."
