"If you buy online with TNR KARTSPORTS.com or TNR HOBBIES.com: utilize Paypal OR your credit card purchase protection BEFORE your 60 days is up. If Tim Holden keeps telling you things like: I cannot do the refund now because "I have to find the paperwork" OR the product is "Backordered", "Still on Backorder". DO NOT HESITATE to use your purchase protection before your 60 days go by!!!!! Even if he tells you he going to get your product,DONT BELIEVE HIM. Put in your refund claim i.e.-purchase protection!!!! HE has a bad habit of keeping peoples money and not delivering the product. Look at his Ebay stores(http://stores.ebay.com/TNR-Kartsports-Inc)negative feedbacks. It will tell you a few things. Doing business like this should be against the law. I will never buy from him again and I will not recommend him to anyone. NO, I still have not received a refund and have placed many calls/email/messages. Dont waste your time or money with this guy.
