"I purchased an external floppy drive which was not recognized by my computer. TMG responded immediately to my advising them and told me to return it to them. Although it worked on their computers, it apparently was not compatible with mine. They immediately sent me another brand of drive that works fine. In our exchange of emails discussing the problem, they replied to my emails immediately. This was a small purchase and they handled it like you would expect them to do so for a large one. I would not hesitate to order from then in the future and will advise my friends about their reliability."
"Purchased an external hard drive from TMG. The price was very comparable, if not bette,r than most other online retail outlets I explored.
I had a problem with the power cord about two months after the initial purchase. I contacted TMG and they promptly sent me a new one. No questions asked and no charge. Now that is service!

"I met someone from TMG Computers at a computer show in White Plains, NY in September. He introduced me to a $15 product I hadn't known about that would be of great use to me. I didn't buy from him because I had to make a measurement first. My next encounter with TMG was today, October 20, when I called with some questions about the product. "I ordered a HDD Enclosure (SBT-EKY35) on April 3rd, got an email confirmation immediately, and it was shipped on the 8th. Got it on the 11th. Everything was as described. My computer does not seem to recognize the drive however (everything is set up correctly-with the jumpers set on Master-Single and everything plugged in right), it recognizes that a USB device is in, but never shows up under My computer. Would recommend to all."

"Had a problem with a purchased part. After exchanging a few emails with the vendor being very helpful in trying to troubleshoot the problem, since I live close by I went there with the part and after testing it to verify that it didn't work he tested a new one in front of me and after verifying that it did work gave it to me as a replacement.
