"I have been told so many different stories by this company regarding my order. I was told it was taking longer in production, then told it was shipped, then told it had not been shipped but that it would be soon, then I was told I could cancel and receive a refund so I agreed to cancel and get my money back then customer service said oh we shipped it! They sent me a tracking number that does not work.... another week has passed and nothing. This place is a joke. "

"I bought a ring set through Tinnivi , paid extra money for the 2-5 business day shipping and got it a month later , the set was beautiful , put it on my finger and within 1 week the bottom of the bands were turning colour and chipping ... I wrote in to customer service and was told they could give me a 40% discount to reorder , I said no as it has 1 year warranty, the next offer was a refund of 30 % of my money , again I said no , next was refund 50 % of my money or send it back to them and they’ll fix it . Great aside from the fact that I will not have my rings on my finger for god knows how long and since it only took a week for this set to look horrible I would be sending it right back ... they also have not refunded my shipping cost. Stay away from this site , their jewellery is crap quality and customer service is even worse. "
