"I placed an order from the https://thmotorsports.com/ website for Hawk Brakes and EBC Rotors for my 2002 Ford Taurus SES because they seemed to be in stock. I found out a couple days later that they were being drop shipped in 2 separate orders.
First I get a set of Hawk Brakes and then I got a second pair of Hawk Brakes that were sent Priority Overnight and then also the rotors. I first checked my credit card to see if I was double billed for the brakes and I wasn’t so then I called TH Motorsports to let them know I received an extra set of brakes that were overnighted to me by error. I asked them to send me a pre-paid return label so that I could return them. I didn’t hear anything back so I sent their customer service an email to explain what happened and I was asked to send them a picture of the overnight shipping label which I provided. Next thing going to do the brake job I find out they sent me 2 sets of Hawk Brakes that fit a Honda! After all this back and forth with Michael Novelo and just hearing back saying we’re working on it I asked him if he can ship me out the Hawk Brakes that fit my 2002 Ford Taurus SES and he told me I would have to place another order which is absurd. I have since had my brakes and rotors replaced and told Michael Novelo to give me a full refund for the order I replaced and send me pre-paid return labels so that I can send everything back. All I keep hearing from him is thank you for your patience we are working on it.
How long does it take to print return labels and refund a credit card? 12 days of numerous back and forth emails and no resolution.
"Not worth the discount... if I had known it would take 2 weeks to get my brake pads and rotors I would have ordered off Amazon for a little more. When my order was placed I was told 4 to 5 days shipping. Then i get an email that their out of stock and it would have to be shipped direct from factory.. usually doesn't affect the date shipment is received.. Only after i email back 5 days later because I haven't heard anything, do I get an email that my order has shipped and is expected to arrive on the 19th.. that's almost 2 weeks later. I needed them for this Sat. And def would have bought somewhere else had I known it would take this long. Guess what wasn't delayed... payment.. they took my money the day I ordered the parts.. even though they didnt have them not could they confirm the factory had them until 5 days later.. never again"
"Online transaction was fast and smooth. Prices were great as well. My s300sx-e super core and s200sx turbine housing were shipped fast, but clearly drop-shipped from Borg Warner (or distributor) in MI. So, I can't speak to the expedience of shipping stocked items from the THMotorsports' Chicago facility. Overall, very satisfied. Thanks!!!"

"Ordered a part which was backordered and wouldn't be in for a long time, so I was able to work out a deal for some other parts of similar cost to be shipped instead. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied."
"Ordered Wilwood brakes. Great price. But I could tell right away it was not going to be a good experience. I was to receive item in 4-5 business days. Was told yesterday which was 5 business days that item would ship today. They never bothered to tell me it didn’t. Called Wilwood they said it’s supposwd to ship Monday. Item is going to take a week longer then quoted. Was offered a measly $15 credit since it’s taking so long. The credit was not received. I’ve probably received a dozen emails to which I replied to a few but it’s always like they don’t know I’m replying to their email. If you want a good price this may be the place. If you want customer service. Look elsewhere. A fifty dollar refund might, might make me feel a little better. Doubt it will happen.
Just thought I would update this review. I wanted to log into my account since I did not get a reply to my email concerning the shipment of the brakes I ordered. I tried to log into the site numerous times and couldn’t figure out the problem. Apparently after reading this review they deleted my account. Quite the classy business. Glad others have had a positive experience. "

"THMotorsports claimed they had a brake pad/rotor set in stock and I prefer to support small businesses over Amazon so I decided to try them out. I ordered and then they send a message saying they are "checking warehouses" all over to source the item... so they did not have it in stock, needed to get from their distributor. I asked for cancellation, they said they would in one day. Then I hear nothing, and no refund. Then they say 1-3 day. It has been 5 business days and they still holding my money for an item they do not have, do not stock, will not be shipping, that they promised cancellation on. Meanwhile my money is ****, I cannot order elsewhere, I cannot fix my truck, I prefer to support small business... but if I had stuck with reliable Amazon I would already have my parts and my truck fixed!"
"Got a rotor damaged, clearly not their fault. Called to get a new one which took 4 days to sort out. Terrible customer service, multiple lies just for them to send me the wrong parts. Save your time and just order from jegs or summit. It's going on 2 weeks now still don't have the correct rotor. "
"I ordered my parts EBC Brake Parts on the 21st of May and after contacting them 4 times I received a tracking and shipping number finally on the 29th of May they say I will receive on the 30th of May. The day before they told me my order was back ordered and would not arrive for 2 weeks. I'm not sure if the Customer service people no what the warehouse or people who fill the orders are doing. I will think twice before I order something else from them."
