"I placed an order for Pirelli tires at $165. They showed 10+ in stock on their website.
Next day, they cancelled my order, said they were out of stock. Then they changed the website listing and priced them at $265 and magically 10+ in stock!
I emailed them, they gave me B.S response about out of stock and would not honor the price that was originally quoted and ordered.

"Best prices I was able to find for the rotors I bought except that one of the rotors that was shipped from their several warehouses never arrived. I checked the tracking info and it said the item was damaged and was undeliverable so I contacted THMotorsports and they looked into it and said they would refund me that one rotor which was fair. It's been a month and a half and I have yet to see my refund. I reach out to their customer service rep Michael that keeps telling me "it'll be processed soon" which is total BS. I've never had any refund take this long to be approved & process. Definitely won't be buying anything from them again and hopefully other customers don't experienced what I've had to go through."
"Don't do business with THMotorsports. They took me for $400 for a product they said fit my vehicle but turns out it doesn't. Their website was inaccurate and they would not take the product back because it had 2 indications of bolts being put on. Of course, how else would you figure out it didn't fit!!!! "
"No receipt email. No receipt - PERIOD. 2-3 day shipping is a lie. The only receipt you get is from Paypal referencing an order from Autoplicity! These people are great for taking your money and delivering nothing. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere for auto parts. "i bought headlights for 79.99 and cancelled.The company still sent when they told me it was cancelled and hadn’t been shipped yet.So then i get and contact the company.I am still charged 40.00 for something i cancelled and i returned to sender.So i’m charged 20percent restock fee and for shipping!Aweful communication!Poor customer service skills! I shouldn’t of been charged anything the company didn’t cancel order when i was told it was cancelled and hadn’t been shipped yet!So how is it i am even charged period!Take ur business elswhere!Ive never done business with anyone so poorly!!!"
"I needed front shocks asap. They "appeared" to have what i needed in stock but called them before I clicked "purchase" just to make sure of shipping. The guy I spoke too said they would be here in 2-days. Well after 4-days went by and still no tracking number i called back. The guy I spoke too couldn't give a rats-a$$ about my purchase and said he would make sure i was emailed a Tracking number that day, nevermind the items already 2-days late on a delivery date guaranteed go me BEFORE i paid money. Another 2-dats go by and still no email and no tracking number. Their own sh#tty website still shows my order as "completed" and that's it. Finally 8-dayd later and I get a UPS delivery of 1-friggin shock!!! Oh, i also got an email from them that sand night with a tracking number showing my order as delivered. Screw these clowns And i never spend a single dollar there again."
