"It is impossible to get an email reply from this vendor, and almost as hard to contact them any other way.
The charge was processed immediately, but it took a week for them to generate a FedEx tracking number. The item was not actually shipped, and after nearly a week of trying to get this resolved, I've received no word or refund.
This etailer has all the outward indications of being a fraudulant storefront.
I would strongly suggest not using them.
It is not worth the hassle or risk."
