They canceled my order because I expressed dissatisfaction due to them not notifying me about a delayed order until after I inquired about it through their online "support ticket." You cannot talk to an actual person. I asked about getting my money back and they closed out my ticket without responding so I am reporting them to the BBB and contacting the local police to get a refund."
